The textual parts, images, graphics, animations and sound files on the Operator's Website, as well as their environment and other intellectual works on the website are legally protected and enjoy the protection provided by the legislation on intellectual works. These works cannot be used or displayed on other websites without the prior written permission of the Operator.

- A felhasználó jogai
The user can request information about the management of his personal data, as well as request the correction or deletion of his personal data, with the exception of data management mandated by law.
At the user's request, the Data Controller provides information about the data it manages or processes, the purpose of the data processing, its legal basis, its duration, the name, address (headquarters) of the Data Controller and its activities related to data processing, as well as who receives or has received the data and for what purpose data.
The user can object to the processing of his personal data if
- a személyes adatok kezelése (továbbítása) kizárólag az adatkezelő vagy az adatátvevő jogának vagy jogos érdekének érvényesítéséhez szükséges
- a személyes adat felhasználása vagy továbbítása közvetlen üzletszerzés, közvéleménykutatás vagy tudományos kutatás céljára történik
- a tiltakozás jogának gyakorlását egyébként törvény lehetővé teszi.
The Data Controller - with the simultaneous suspension of data management - is obliged to examine the protest within the shortest time from the submission of the request, but no later than 15 days, and to inform the applicant of the result in writing.
- A felhasználó jogorvoslati lehetőségei
In the event of a violation of the user's rights, the Data Controller may be sued.
If the user does not agree with the Data Controller's decision regarding the user's objection, the user may also appeal to the court within 30 days of its notification.
The Data Controller is obliged to compensate the damage caused to others by the illegal processing of the user's data or by violating the requirements of technical data protection.
